Hallmark Development of Florida is a diversified real estate development firm founded over 43 years ago. Today it develops, owns and manages dozens of buildings and properties in the Tampa Bay area including commerical office buildings, office parks, condominium communities, ministorage sites, retail plazas and a Holiday Inn Express and Suites location in Tampa.

Hallmark was an early leader in West Central Florida's movement toward sustainable, green building. It developed one of Florida's first LEED Gold commercial projects, the global headquarters of TUI Marine in Clearwater, Florida. It also has two additional LEED Gold projects in progress -- Offices at Park Place and Lakeside Offices at Park Place.

Hallmark was founded by Daniel Engelhardt and is now guided by his sons Steve and Paul Engelhardt. The brothers are long-term community leaders with unblemished track records among business owners and bankers. The Engelhardts welcome queries from businesses interested in discussing relocation and future expansions.
